Guide

How to turn document photos into one clean PDF.

Sending separate document photos is messy. Pages arrive out of order, the wrong image is easy to miss and the recipient has to rebuild the document manually. A better workflow is to import the photos, clean up the page set and export one PDF.

A practical photo-to-PDF workflow

Step 1

Import the right photos

Start with the document images you already have, then remove accidental camera-roll photos.

Step 2

Fix order and mistakes

Delete duplicates, rotate pages and put the document in the order the recipient expects.

Step 3

Export one PDF

Send or archive one finished file instead of several loose images.

Before you export

  • Remove blurry pages, duplicates and accidental photos.
  • Check that multi-page documents are in the right order.
  • Rotate pages so text is readable before sending.
  • Add notes, arrows or a signature only when the recipient needs that context.
  • Keep the final PDF local until you choose to export or share it.

Good fit for everyday documents

This workflow works well for forms, receipts, invoices, delivery notes, school paperwork, personal records and any document that started as a camera-roll image but needs to be sent as a proper PDF.
