Guide

How to organize PDF pages before export.

A scan is not finished when the camera capture is done. The useful document is the final PDF: readable, complete, in the right order and easy for the next person to open.

A practical page organization workflow

Step 1

Delete mistakes

Remove blurry pages, duplicates, blank captures and accidental photos before export.

Step 2

Rotate pages

Fix sideways or upside-down pages so the document reads naturally on phone, tablet and desktop.

Step 3

Reorder the document

Put forms, receipts, attachments and signatures in the sequence the recipient expects.

Before you export

  • Check that every required page is present.
  • Remove duplicated pages and failed camera captures.
  • Rotate pages before adding annotations or signatures.
  • Put cover pages, forms and supporting documents in a logical order.
  • Send one clean PDF instead of several loose images.

Common document jobs

Page organization matters for invoices, receipts, contracts, application forms, school paperwork, delivery notes, tax documents and scanned records that someone else needs to review quickly.
