Naptara is licensed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Monitoring limitations

Naptara is a convenience monitor. It does not guarantee a continuous connection, does not replace direct adult supervision and is not certified medical equipment. It does not detect breathing, health conditions or emergencies.

Safe setup

You are responsible for safely positioning the Baby Station, device, cable and charger outside the cot and out of a child's reach, with adequate ventilation.

Connectivity

Performance depends on your devices, iOS, local network, internet service and mobile carrier. Network interruptions and iOS background limitations can temporarily stop monitoring.

Subscriptions and purchases

Apple processes all in-app purchases. Subscription price, duration, trial eligibility and renewal terms are shown by the App Store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple Account settings. Lifetime unlocks supported Pro features for the lifetime of the product under the purchasing Apple Account, subject to App Store availability.

Acceptable use

Use Naptara only on devices and in locations you are authorized to monitor. Do not use the app for covert, unlawful or harmful surveillance.
